With the Military Diet You Can Lose 10 lbs in Just 3 Days

If you need a good diet with amazing results, then this is it. but for the benefits, stick to the rules.
There are some exceptions like replacing meat and lentils, or veggies of some kind.
You can have lemon juice, cooking spray, mustard, coffee, water, tea, no-sugar drinks and such. This lasts just 3 days and after that you have fast metabolism and less fat with more energy too.
For doing this again, pause for 4 days and repeat.


Day 1

Breakfast is black coffee or tea, slice toast, ½ grapefruit and 2 tbsp PB. Lunch is ½ tuna, cup tea/coffee and slice toast. Dinner is 3 oz meat, cup beans, ½ banana, cup ice cream and apple.


Day 2

Start with egg, ½ banana, slice toast. Lunch is boiled egg, cup cottage cheese, 5 crackers. Dinner is 2 hot dogs and NO buns, ½ cup carrots, cup broccoli, ½ banana and ½ cup ice cream.


Day 3

Breakfast is slice cheddar, apple and 5 crackers. Lunch is boiled egg, toast slice and dinner is cup tuna, ½ banana and cup ice cream.

For better results, also have workouts and try what suits you. If you have too much weight, try walking.
If you are more active, walk, swim, jump rope, run and more.
